Travel Assistance Information
Please print off the United Pass Travel Document for 2012 and take it with you when traveling for Travel assistance information, since the RUAEA Call Center have been closed for Retirees.
Please focus on page 3 of the document for United Pass Line (UPL).

United Pass Line (UPL) is a self service pass travel booking tool. The UPL may be used to create a Travel Plan (booking/listing) check Passenger Boarding Tools (PBT) an check ePass balances.
Accessing UPL:
When dialing from International Locations: 713-324-7277.
When dialing within the United States: 866-359-3727.
Initial six digit password (PIN) is the Co-workers birth date (mmddyy).

Creating an e-pass Travel Plan through the UPL:
Dial the applicable telephone number listed above.
Select - United Co-Worker.
Select the respective prompt for the type of travel.
Enter or say the United Employee ID Number
(If entering by telephone keypad and the ID number contains ALPHA characters, simply select the corresponding key on the telephone key pad)
Enter or say the 6-digit PIN (coworkers birth date in mmddyy format)
Follow the prompts to create your ePass Travel Plan (booking/listing)

Service-charge waived and payroll deduct pass travel (personal, vacation, extended family buddy and business) can be booked and e-ticket through the UPL.
